457 Deferred Compensation: R&H Option
Full service defined contribution retirement plan that allows you to make contributions from your paycheck on a pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) basis. This retirement account can be invested in a number of investment options to match your risk tolerance and objectives. Should the need arise, you can take a loan from this account, repaying principal and interest back to your retirement account. Retirement professionals will be on site several times a year to answer questions and provide individualized retirement advice and planning.
457 Deferred Compensation: DRS Option
DRS administered account for employees who want to manage their own retirement account without the advice of retirement professionals. This option does not provide employees the ability to make Roth contributions or to take loans from their accounts.
